“ Theresa wasn't friendly at all. She was more worried about talking to people in lobby instead of getting our food. Neither was lobby or drive through was busy. One employee was in parking lot getting high and kept coming in for munchies. Definitely not FAST FOOD. ”
“ It took 20 minutes to get my 5 items. The staff wasn't very apologetic about the wait. In fact, they didn't even mention it. To their credit, I asked for a free Icee since I had to wait so long and the manager said that was okay so they gave me a small one. The fries were burnt too. The last thing to complain about is the price. The Pick 5 combo now costs over $9 with tax. It used to be $5 and they would let you choose a Chik as one of the food options. Not very surprised that all the Krystals are going out of business. It breaks my Southern heart. ”

They refused to let me pay and made my order immediately and it was the best food I’ve ever eaten anat Krystal’s anywhere. I forgot their names but it was 1/31/25. At 10 pm. I’d eat there everyday if it was always that awesome. ”
